At SETTE Jewelry, we want you to be completely enamored with your new pieces. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place the jewelry in its original SETTE gift box and velvet pouch, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
